Yes, on behalf of the Erasmus programme, PhD./MSc. students from the partner Higher Education Institutions (HEI) are supported in the usual Erasmus mobility rules (travel, accommodation, and subsistence).

The applicants from the partner HEI are first assessed by each Local Coordinator.

Other applicants (either from non-partner or non-European HEI) are suggested to contact the IP’s Coordinator for a pre-assessment.

 

In late January-2012, the Organizing Committee will analyze the received applications in order to establish a list of applications to be proposed for support.

 

A confirmation procedure is then following, in the sense to allow the enrolment of other students for the non-confirmed places. Thus, a second phase of applications is also considered.

The selection schedule considers the following dates:

· 15-January-2012: applications deadline;

· 31-January-2012: selection of applications and confirmation procedures;

 

And:

· 12-February-2012: applications deadline (II);

· 26-February-2012: selection of applications and confirmation procedures (II).

The IP organization requests that all information and data concerning the selected applicants are checked and returned within 5 working days of confirmation receipt.
